Many people, including high-achievers, have gone through times of uncertainty and have been thrown off balance during and after the pandemic, emotionally, physically, and mentally.
Here are a couple of tips and guiding principles to reconnect with the self and gain clarity to keep moving forward:

It’s very important to take time to reflect on where we are and where we’re heading.
It’s also important to have the right mindset to achieve what we want; as well as the appropriate tools to accomplish our vision and goals.

Excerpt of my interview with Jim Masters, host of "Close Up Radio."
“People can advance and continue exploring their potential,” says Dr. Erraji. “I'm a big believer that life has more to it than just the career and the job. We work on changing the perspective. We work on defining what makes their hearts sing. We’re looking at everything that's possible at the professional level and the personal level. When you adjust one area of your life, it can translate to different areas, such as health and wellness, finances, and social relationships."

HOW I GOT UNSTUCK AND FOUND MY WAY TO FULFILLMENT
I switched careers many times and juggled work and family responsibilities for two decades. I felt exhausted, drained, short of patience, confused, and resistant to ask for help. I thought that if I did, this would mean that I had failed as a mother and as a working professional.
I kept pushing myself to be a “superwoman” who had to always figure things out by herself and thought that things would somehow get resolved on their own. From the outside, everything looked perfect.
Nobody knew how much I was suffering inside. Nobody knew how misaligned I felt.
In the search of worthiness, I kept accumulating degrees and telling myself that I had to be grateful for everything. I resented my jobs. My personal life went down the drain. I had no control over my emotions. And I still thought I had to keep “fighting”.
I had no idea how to soul search and align better with my values. I had no idea about my purpose in life.
I had no guidance and no clarity. I was searching for fulfillment in the wrong places.
Everything changed a few years ago, when I discovered the power of coaching and started noticing transformation in multiple areas of my life. I have been working with coaches for a few years and still do. My coaches helped me discover the potential inside of me, and the necessity of making myself a priority. I discovered that I was passionate about empowering others and became a coach. I cleaned up my past and have been living my dream of impacting other seasoned professionals step out of complacency and self-sabotage, fill their gas tank, learn how to self-nurture, and unleash their full potential.
I value authenticity, self-confidence, assertiveness, speaking my truth, learning to say no, setting boundaries, owning my power, and believing everyone can make better decisions. I love connecting people and I excel at it. I am committed to helping you gain more confidence, feel more empowered, and reach limitless possibilities to a dream career and life.
